Andrei Nemirschi is a multi-talented artist and photographer hailing from Constanța, Romania. Nemirschi's unique perspective is informed by his unconventional background, having earned a degree in engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest and a Master's degree in Criminal Sciences from the Ovidius University of Constanța.
